Here at Home Hearted we offer a Full-Service Design experience.
We manage each project through our 3 phase design process. At HH we pride ourselves in communication, striving for our clients to always know what to expect regarding the design process, financial investment, and timeline.
We'll take the time to handcraft the design for each room in your home to reflect your needs and style. We partner with other professionals to provide a streamlined, stress-free, design experience.
Be prepared for the royal treatment as we'll handle all of the planning, purchasing, coordination, and installation of all fixtures, finishes, and furnishings, leaving you to relax and enjoy the best parts of the design process.

The Most Common HH Design Projects:
Living room, dining room, and bedroom furnishings
Kitchen and bathroom renovations (depending on the size of the project we'll work alongside contractors and architects)
New construction design (working alongside contractors and architects)

Full-Service Design Pricing:
Average design fee pricing can range between:
$7.50-$15 per sq ft for new construction (based on homes 5,000 sq ft +)
$25-$50 per sq ft for renovations
$25-$50 per sq ft for decorating
*design fee will vary depending on project complexity and square footage*
*the design fee does NOT include any materials, furnishings, or contractor/trade labor*
Project Minimums:
Decorating projects- total investment minimum of $25,000.00
Renovations- total investment minimum of $25,000.00
New Construction- total investment minimum of $2.5 million
Typical Project Durations:
Decorating = 4 months +
Renovations = 6 months+
New Construction= 12 months +

It’s always important to understand your TOTAL investment.
After we complete our consultation I will prepare a Design Proposal for you that will illustrate my design fee AND an estimate for furnishings and/or construction.
But to give you an idea, here are a few ballpark figures to based on past projects. Design Proposals are calculated specifically according to your project. Prices can vary drastically depending on existing conditions and material selection.

Living Room- $55,000+
Entry way- $15,000+
Primary Bedroom- $45,000+
Dining Room- $35,000+
Office- $25,000+
Renovations:
Kitchen- $125,000+
Primary bathroom & closet- $100,000+
